Greeblie is an alternative rock band that at its heart creates intricate compositions, embellished by immersive ambient soundscapes and electronic textures. This combination results in their signature sound, which is both intimate and familiar, as well as alternative and exciting.

INSPIRATION

Greeblie makes predominantly alternative rock that takes inspiration from the late 90s and early 2000s alternative movement, as well as ambient music and acoustic genres. Artists that have inspired them to make their music are Radiohead, Gorillaz, Arcade Fire and Elliot Smith.

STORY

The band formed in the fall of 2025, shortly after the musicians moved into a new studio space in their hometown of The Hague. Struck by nostalgia, they decided to start a new project, one that returned to their core and more closely reflected who they are today.
